Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than two weeks before the program begins, you can receive a full refund.
If you cancel within two weeks of when the program begins, you may either take another program within 12 months or receive a 50% refund.

Insurance Certificate Required
Contact your insurance agent and have them send a certificate of insurance plus a waiver of subrogation naming BPPP as an additional insured. The certificate must be received prior to the clinic. Your confirmation letter will give more details.

After successful submission of your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided above and a confirmation letter will also be sent by U.S. Mail.
